How to add Amazon s3 support?

Adding the ability to save files to Amazon s3.

1.) Create AWS account, go to https://portal.aws.amazon.com/billing/signup#/start

2.) After create account go to (1) Security credentials"

3.) (1) Select "Access keys" (2) click "Create New Access key"

4.) Copy (1) "Access Key Id" and (2) "Secret Access Key" to you admin panel, section "Amazon s3"
